Anything below 5c is already too cold for me.. I dislike winters in the Netherlands and we avg, like 2/3c during the winter, but I dislike really hot summers too, like 35c+ and in the netherlands we avg like 25c, wich is perfect, nice and warm but not to warm to go outside and do stuff, to be active.
