can you at least move the birthday threads to useless crap or delete them if

a) they dont have birthday in the title (i mean obviously im asking for it if i click on any thread started by the forum's resident 3 year old, especially one that just has a person's name as the thread title, but still)

b) they are a birthday thread for people that havent posted on the forums in an extremely long period of time

????

i dont know why it annoys me so much, it really shouldnt, but the fact remains that while birthday threads are slightly stupid to begin with, 98% of the ones started by jacklyn are extremely stupid. why start a thread on the forums for someone that doesnt read the forums? can you respond to this question in a manner that cant be summarized by saying "meep"? is it because without saying only "hehehehe meep" your real age (or maybe gender) will become too obvious because youll say something that doesnt sound like something a 12 year old would say? just a question.

as far as the other thread: did you read where i said i was being facetious when i said i was going to embarrass you? you said something about selfishness that didnt make any sense at all so i responded by saying something else that didnt make any sense and you completely overreacted. up until you posted a one-line response that made absolutely no sense we had been having a respectful discussion about religion, as far as i can tell (despite the fact that your arguments with other people in that thread ranged from confusing to ridiculous). im aware that sarcasm is hard to read online but i thought it was fairly obvious that im not the type to get in an online argument by writing stupid one-liners. what i do is write long-ass paragraphs that nobody reads like this one.

as far as this thread: i dont think i was looking down on anyone in a passive-aggressive way, i think jacklyns birthday threads are stupid a large part of the time (any time the thread is for someone that never reads the forums) and i said that outright, cant imagine where the passive comes in. i have nothing against anyone whose birthday thread jacklyn starts, or people who contribute to the threads once the deed of creating the thread is done, and i cant imagine where i gave that impression. in addition, i pointed out that i happened to be wrong in this particular case since wpe says she reads the forums regularly but never posts.
