Actually, dress sizes were at that range not even a hundred years ago, the numbers have gradually been going down to make women feel "thinner." A size 12 in 1940ish is around a size 7 now. (Dont quote me on the exact numbers, just explaining the basic idea :P)
So really, the sizes dont matter-just how you look and feel in them.
Zeus, I have the monster (1600x2400 pixel 750k) full size original that shows the full length dress, if you want it. You have nice shoes on in it.
Edit: And you would not belive how long that chick's neck is, it kept looking really weird, until I noticed and moved your face down, with your ears almost level with her chin.
One quick question: how can they make sure those aren't dyed blond? I mean they could starve the girls for a couple of days, give them boob jobs then bleach their hair ... and when you buy those "barbies" home, they turn into pigs in a couple of months time.
Ummm, 'fat' was 'in' throughout Europe during the 16th,17th and much of the 18th centuries. Look at the paintings from that period, the thinking was that thin people died quickly when they got sick.
Ancient Greeks thought being tanned was a sign of low class, since only field workers stood out in the sun all day. Now tanned somehow equals healthy and fit.
lol, that's the same with Asian cultures too. Fat and pale was considered beautiful, just look at all the ancient paintings of beautiful women ... I guess being fat isn't such a bad thing when you are still concerned with starvation.
