I don't understand why anyone would live here voluntarily. It's a dump. I'm moving out as soon as arrangements for my apartment down in Alvin are finalized. The previous tenants spilled cranberry juice on a big chunk of the bedroom carpet and they're taking forever to replace it. As soon as I get word, though, I'm out of this shit heap.
