It's a rude way to go about it, and it works against you, because rudeness is part of your complaint. The thread title started this thread in a direction I didn't think you wanted it to go towards, but once it started heading that way, you helped to push it further that way. It's a cycle really, and you're just continuing it. Kolar for one staff member, does seem to actually "give a shit", and from his first post in this thread (one that I thought was at least productive to your topic) the only part you seemed to notice and address was the one negative statement. He later responded with more shit, and you were more than happy to play tennis and returned his volley. You chalk it up to another example of "staff not giving a shit", but your own replies haven't been helping either. We get where you're coming from, but the approach you took isn't part of the solution; it's part of the problem.

Honestly, when this thread first started, I thought working WITH Kolar would have been the best way for you to go. Fat chance of that happening now.

I went back and re-read up to post 17, where the majority of posts were civil and the bickering/flaming hadn't sprung up yet.

Your first post starts out with a negative tone, and you complain about staff and their practices. Then and only then, do you talk about a pub helper or more work for coders. Starting a post with negative assumptions and opinions is not the way to establish any positive change at all. If you really want to get some work done in this zone, you should have focused on the good and kept the negativity to a minimum, since you obviously know how much bad flak staff already recieves.

Not once in your initial post do you state that you sought out staff via private messaging to find out about PH's and more coding, and your consequential posts did nothing but help feed the fire for more arguing with assumptions about how much staff does it's job and favoritism deciding who gets banned.

If you've been around the game for a medium amount of time and truly wanted to help people new to the game, you would have known that your actions and decisions in this topic were the exact opposite way to go.

that is why i tried here. and as you should have read too forum staff sees this thing as "their house", guess ppl are not supposed to give their oppinion here nor to critisize staff members.

You should see our private forum staff subforum. It's filled with thousands of posts going on about how we can best get you. A dedicated team has been formed just to figure it out.

In case you can't tell, that's not true. There are no posts about you, and no, the forum staff isn't out to get you. Someone just forgot to sign their handiwork when they got sick of the fighting and moved it, is all. Personally I would've picked Trash Talk. (and will move it there if the fighting continues much longer) There is no conspiracy out there to silence you, as difficult as that may be for you to believe.

This is how tw gonna welcome new members to forum.. do nothing but critisize them... make useless posts, instead of always bashing the new guys why don't you welcome them without kicking their ass. Not everybody can make a well-thought thread title. I think he is right about how newbs get kinda ignored but I can understand it.. You should treat others how you want to be treated, if he wanted any help at all from any of the mods or staff, he shouldn't have chosen such a rude title and made the assumptions/complaints that he did in his first post.

It's not hard to make a non-offensive title, how would you like to come here and see a thread that says " I know TW Devs don't give a shit but..." and then find a post complaining about how you don't do your job or care about the player base? Just because he's new doesn't mean he can't be polite and go about things in a nicer way.

My first thought, RTFM (Read The Fucking Manual). I find the vast majority of newcomers do not use the F1 or ?help approaches, even after being told about it. My second thought, newcomers will find people being nicer if they try to be smarter.

first i am not new to the forum, just preferred to talk on the game and read stuff on here from time to time and discuss it on chats or messengers

second i dont want any fighting to go on and i dont want to start a war with anyone or get anyone special out of the staff, im not saying every staff member is bad, actually said all of them do their job. if the title was taken wrong i am sorry for it. what i ment was that all of them suffer from some weak moments of some staffers. i can understand that ppl are not always in the mood to answer the question the millionth time or to be staff and listen to all complains at all, but when you just want to play, dont show around you are staff. ppl who dont get answers or just one that says nothing get pissed. maybe you could wear your tags only when you are doing staff work or something.
