It doesn't matter if it is an FPS, realism to a tee is not needed, all that matters in a videogame is good gameplay, if you want realism go around shooting people because videogames will never give you that level of physics accuracy.

Yes, physics can be an important part of the game design, but it's not important as making a game fun. If an FPS has poor physics but is still a heck of a lot of fun to play, then who cares if a fish tank doesn't explode correctly? Anyway. There are plenty of people who are quick to down on the PS3, mostly because of the hefty price tag. Is there anyone here who's still purchasing one? I sure as hell am.

Metal Gear Solid 3, it was announced, will cost $120. Games will range from $80-$120.

The PS3 is compatible only with 1080p HD screens, which means if you have an HDTV that isn't the very best, then your shit out of luck, and the resolution will be the same as having a regular television.

The PS3 also only plays Blueray discs, which means if you wanna watch movies on your system, you're going to have to go PSP on things, and purchase seperate DVD's that are compatible with Blueray players.

On top of that, it's rumored that controllers will cost $100-$150, and Sony is thinking about making it so that if you purchase a game, it becomes signatured to your system. That way, you can forget about borrowing your friends' games, and forget about going to the video store, because the only way you can play a game is if you purchase it and have it signatured to your system.

Nah, PS3s work fine with 720p, etc. What made you think otherwise?
