I think it was really interesting that you go from talking about love stories and how sex should be animated to show that love to a porn game, in which love usually isn't involved...just perversion.

There was a day when on the movies the most that was ever showed was a peck on the cheek. Has the media matured? I don't think so...I just think that values have changed. Showing "more" doesn't necassarily show maturity...it just shows values. Everybody knows what a husband and wife do in private when it's that time. It's peoples' values that determine how it's depicted.

I don't need to see a sex scene to understand a couple is having sex. My powers of deduction are better than that.

Well first off I think deeming all porn as perversion is somewhat harsh.

Perversion: a sexual practice or act considered abnormal or deviant. The way North American is going at the moment, people either getting paid for sex and/or people video taping sex is probably not abnormal.

I agree with you, in fact it's been happening for a long time. However, what I meant with the word perversion was really related to God's idea of what sex is for. Now I'm not going to go off on that, that's for a whole different argument, I just wanted to make that clear.

I love the fact that you brought up values. My entire argument is based on the fact that Western society is much more comfortable with allowing youth to see and participate (via games) in the most horrific kind of violence rather than having them view female anatomy.

That is an interesting point and I don't have a comment on that, except that you didn't mention that in the original post.
