i wouldnt mind seeing an all around boost of maturity from everyone. especially staff members. im assuming thats why youre on staff? obviously you know alot about tw and can solve the problems that come up. but doing it with a cool head is important. lately the trend seems to be going towards an all out lack of respect for everyone from everyone. staff, it should be a job requirement to be respectful towards the tw populace - even if they dont always show the same temperment back. i dont think its right for a staffer to attempt to put down others. i hate it when i see someoen on staff get mad and then roll out with the stfu's and newb's and let the staff position go to their heads. staffers have no business being rabble-rousers... isnt it your job to do the opposite? calm stuff down? get people back to friendly terms and playing the game...

i guess just a few thoughts... flame me if thats your thing or send a message if you really have something to say about that

I said I didn't want to take sides here but I never sucked up to any staff member or anyone before or during my time on TW Staff. I helped out with different projects and got noticed for it, at the time most of tw staff didn't think I would join. I never said I didn't want it either, it wasn't really important to me with what I was doing. It's probably not the best thing to do if you want to be on staff, ZH recruitments are mostly open to all on chat. In the past Moderators+ had a lot of say but it has changed a bit.
