I know there are a couple related "girl" threads surfacing, but I've actually been wanting to put this together for a while.
I'm not looking for criticism, obviously this is a matter of opinion, and if you're going to disagree with my choices, back your arguments up.
I'd love to see a top five from other people too, but if you're going to make it, put some thought into it and don't just name the first five hot girls you can think of. You have to really ask yourself, "does this girl excel in EVERY feature, so much so that she deserves a spot in the top five hottest girls in the world?" I don't expect everyone to be as thorough as me with picture documentation, but pics will help your case. Also, it's good to stick to famous people.
Anyhow, here's mine:
1. Alizee
cute/sexy
Age: 22
Height: 5'3"
Notoriety: French pop singer
While hair length is very important to me for how good a girl looks and her hair is notably shorter than what I prefer, it's not a factor because she is just that good. She's got sheer physical attractiveness and a cute voice and mannerisms to boot.

2. Kristina Anapau
cute/elegant/sexy
Age: 26
Height: 5'4"
Notoriety: Relatively Unknown Actress, Cruel Intentions 3, MTV's Undressed
Most, if not all of you have probably not heard of her, but I recognized this girl's insane beauty within half a second of seeing her. I love tiny girls, and she weighs like 95 pounds.

Height: 5'3"
Notoriety: Actress, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Heartbreakers, Ghost Whisperer
While not as hot as she was back in 1997, this girl is still stunning, but her aging may soon lose her a spot on my list.

Notoriety:Actress, Old School, The Girl Next Door, 24
If personality were to be taken into consideration, Cuthbert would drop a lot of spots, but as it is now she reigns as the hottest blonde girl in the world. It is tough to choose 3 pictures of her, there are lots of good ones.

I love this girl, she's smart as hell (Yale Graduate) and unbelievably gorgeous. Another difficult choice when narrowing down to three pictures.

I could do more than five, but to be honest I'm not really sure who I think should be in the 7-10 spots. There are lots of good candidates, but they are all so good, it's tough to decide. For the curious, my 6 spot would be locked up by Emmanuelle Chriqui.
