I don't think the rules state anything wrong with saying the word pussy in reference to either the cat or the obvious. Obviously any references to racism can be accounted as illegal, but otherwise any action you take would be abuse.

Actually he does have some points because it's quite obvious ktnx is just reposting money's thread to bother forum staff. And there is a rule against reposting closed/deleted threads. It might not be a direct repost but you don't have to be a genius to figure out what ktnx is doing here.
