The weirdest thing is "saddam" was our guy, he was keeping a lid on the country (ok his methods wern't ethical but we didnt care he kept the oil flowing. Thats what mattered. If this was about oil. It would have been far cheaper just to buy saddam out and replace him with someone else.

The reason why iraq war has gone wrong is because it was not about oil. If it was just about oil, you could have told the american generals, secure the oil fields, pump us some oil. No one would have stoped the US just doing that.

It was partially distracting the american population from the troubles in their own country and from the "war on terror" laws which has been slowly eating away many of your rights behind the scenes. While everyone is busy worrying about the war no one seems to be worrying about the real problems in the country.

The war is being run by polititons not soliders which is why its being lost.

Ive just read some very very intresting article here in some israeli newspaper site, worte by some military reporter. it changed actually my whole thinking of what USA and Israel are facing, and infact, how the islamic groups work.

i cant really translate it because my english sucks too much, but the key points of the it is something called mukawama or "resistance" in arabic.

the key of this thing is that those groups who use this kind of warfare, think they cant win, they used their disadvantage as advantage. they use the fact that western countries fear of death, while they are willing to sacrfice themself for their religion.

also, they believe they are stronger than any arab nations, and their small gurillia warfar works better.
look how iraqies army lost to USA in few weeks, while in afganistan the Soivets couldnt win.
same as here vs hizbullah.
they also believe that peace should never be. only long term cease fire. they believe the war and the resistance againts armies could take years and genorations.

that reporter made some points how to win this kind of method the islamic groups use (also used in africa). like improving education and civil facilities, improve intel. to take down the mukawama leaderships, and more points like that.

but actually, what more intresting is, that they use the fact that the democractic west countries are afraid to kill and get killed, while they dont, therefor they use it againt them. they use the religion (islam) to make the soldiers very fanatic and strong in spirit. the solution could be very simple if you think about it...

bomb the area where they sit, ON all their citizens, and you will see them come out of their holes. they wont fight if so much power will be againts everything around them.
the western world is just afraid of wars after the WWs. every citizen who die and shouts pump up all over.

i dont say i support killing and all this, but i just give a way of thinking.

i recommend you to search more about mukawama, and understand what the world is facing.

Man, Exalt and Izor are in the Military also, I should join with them, and then we could go to Iraq and call all the newbies EZ, and challenge Iraqi squads with medium to low dd records to 4v4 dueling division games. Then I would call one of them a turban wearer, and Al-Rudyahar or Pure_Turban would ban me, then I would have to sneak back into the country through a spider hole network and talk shit about the countries leaders on an online forum. That would be mad sick.
