Aquatiq even though you are the most smartest and most beautiful women in subspace, it's 0.8... (Not being fecicious)

There are 2 ways you can measure BAL. One is a Breathalizer. The other is by testing the concentration in blood. When you measure blood it is (0-80) when you measure though the breath it's like .2 .3 .4 etc. etc.
