This has been a big deal in the past where I live. There have been several cases of illegals drunk driving and killing people, a couple of the times the people have even been driving down wrong side of I-77. I didn't even think that was possible, no matter how drunk you are. I didn't watch this whole video because I really do not care what Geraldo or O'Reilly have to say, but if some illegal alien commits fucking manslaughter, deport his ass. Its simple. They want to come here and making a living for their family, theres nothing wrong with that. They start killing people, it turns into a problem. I mean hell, we have enough stupid citizens drunk driving and killing people. Also, I think the penalties for drunk driving fatalities should be stiffer. A few years back, 3 friends of mine were hit by a drunk driver while they were pulling into their neighborhood. 2 of them died on the spot, the other is traumatized for life. This motherfucker who killed them was drunk as shit and ran a red light before he hit them. Guess what? Its been 3 and a half years and this guy is about to get out of jail. Its bullshit. We need to do like Dubai and build a fucking island and throw all the stupid motherfuckers on that bitch and let them fend for themselves. All the fucking major criminals. Get them the fuck outta here. Our prison population is way too fucking high. Lets make Australia v2.0.

I agree with Vyk. Geraldo kept yelling "its not about illegals its about drunk driving." Well, actually Geraldo it IS about illegals because this guy is in the country illegally and should know to watch what he does carefully so he doesnt get caught. Stupid to drive drunk anyways, but when you are illegal and can quickly be deported...really stupid. I dont see how Geraldo can ignore the fact that this guy broke not one law, but two. How can he justify it is only about one?
What the christ. If you have no business being in a country you're supposed to be walking on eggshells, not getting plastered and mowing people down.
Anyway, I don't think O'Reilly's problem is with the illegals themselves as much as it is with our border security constantly failing and enabling things like this to happen. What this Geraldo numbskull fails to realize is that the number he keeps bringing up, 347 drunk driving fatalities, could be 346 if the borders were properly secured and we had kept this guy out like we were supposed to. One less fatality out of 347 is still one less fatality. Our border security blew it, and until they start doing their job they deserve every bit of criticism that's being hurled at them. The media, idiots that they are, will probably try to bend this into a pseudo-racial issue, when the real problem is the ineptitude that we're displaying at our borders.

If you come into this country illegally, and then do illegal things .. you really should lose any reason of being here since you are causing trouble and not helping out.
I'm too cynical to think it wasn't staged for ratings. If they weren't screaming at each other like jackasses, it's not like any of us would give a fuck about these two douchebags.
Geez you guys are ignorant... no matter how good boarder security is, people will get in, and have already gotten in. There's >10 million illegals in the US right now. These people aren't going to disappear. There's also more than enough businesses that will hire these people as cheap labour (i.e. farms) that gives these people an incentive to try and fight the odds and sneak into the country.
It's all nice and all to deport this one guy, but it's going to do absolutely nothing to the other millions that are already in the country. Geraldo's point is that we should be trying harder to stop drunk driving because at least that's something we might be able to change.
Blaming boarder guards and all illegal immigrants for one guy's mistake is pretty silly, especially when for the most part these people are welcomed with open arms by those who hire these people for their cheap labour in the first place.
That one guy should probably be deported though, but using this as an excuse to be alarmist about illegals is quite counterproductive and isn't going to 'solve' anything.
^^ has the 30 seconds after, where Bill and Gerry proceed to give each other reach-arounds about how the Fox network is so unnecessarily maligned for being a pundit network...
"We're so fair!"
"And balanced, Bill, don't forget about the balance!"
Music and medicine, I'm living in a place where they overlap.
staged or not i still agree with gerlados point off view.
it's the drink driving that is the major crime here not being an illegal immigrant. I really don't see why such importance is being put on it. He didn't sneak into your country to get drunk and drive! he came seeking a higher quality of life. Is it only illegal immigrants that drink and drive? No
more emphasis should be on how to prevent drink driving
In this particular case the guy should have been deported like O'reilly said. If hes illegal and you catch him one time why not send him back where he came from? I dont get that..it could have saved lives there. I dont see how anyone can defend that guy being in the country for so long in the first place.
Theres an underlying problem of drunk driving there but thats irrelevant because those drunk drivers had a right to be where they were. This story isnt about drunk drivers killing families. This story is about an illegal immigrant who got caught more than once and was allowed to stay in the country..dont know how people are confusing the 2
Let me pose this situation: Someone who is convicted of drunk driving breaks out of prison and gets caught being drunk in public, but the police just give him a fine and let him go about doing his business. Later that week he repeats the offense that got him in prison and he kills someone while drunk driving. How does the town look now? That guy should have been sent back to prison the first time he got caught. He had no right to be in the American public. Same applies for that mexican
