Nah it wasn't too bad but basically it was Hermione and Harry stuck in the rooms alone holed up for christmas break. Of course they ahd to hide the entire thing from Ron. Then hermy started sneaking into Harry's bed at night thereafter.

saying Goddess name is like saying Voldemort in the Harry Potter World. She-who-must-not-be-named is fucking Taboo
i always thought it was silly, until i was working at rogers video (canadas blockbuster) and we put on one of the harry potters because it was new, it was the one where the girl is travelling through time, and i thought it was ok. My buddy brought me to see the last one, where there in the wizard tourny, and it was pretty good, so i'll probably see the rest of the movies. That is, as long as they continue to get darker, i hear the first ones where there very young are far more cheery, if thats the case i wouldn't watch those.
and emma watson is hot, and yes I feel slightly odd saying that given shes 5 years younger than me (soon to be 6) but she is.
respectfully, I must maintain the stance that she's got potential. It's the polite way of saying that girls hot but I've got to give her a couple years.
it makes me sick when i think of it, all my heroes could not live with it so i hope you rest in peace cause with us you never did
I waited until I finished the book to post, I tried avoiding the internet until I finished the book but I gave up after page 200. I read it slow and took my time, I was satisfied with the plot and the action.
Mistakes were made, but all in all I think it was the right decision to not kill Harry. I had a feeling that soon turned into a suspicion that Harry would eventually kill himself, or let himself be killed. Like many I suspected that he was a Horxuc, maybe not a traditional one but he was definitely linked to Voldemort. I really thought she did it, when I got to the end I really believed he let himself die to kill his nemesis but I found that part with Dumbeldore one of the best chapters maybe not for action or even character development but my pure lust for wanting to know exactly what type of person Dumbeldore was. I really thought Dumbeldore's character was almost magnified in the first few books to this 'godly like individual that was perfectly perfect in every single way'. I found that most people as well as myself loved Dumbeldore's character in the first few books, and who couldn't love this character that was wise, powerful, stood for justice and above all else helped those who could not help themselves. The reader needed to see Dumbeldore as he was, as he is and see how he truly felt towards Harry.

I'm not even going to read the posts, worst one in the series. Worst Ending I've ever read in a book. Terrible, just fucking shit.

Here's my reasoning for it being by far, the worst book shes written. Sure it had it's up moments. The explaination of why Snape killed Dumbledore was good and all. But I read guys like Tolkien, Jordan, Erikson, Martin, Brooks, and etc. Those guys write like 4-12 book fantasy series' with like 1000 page books. I hate what Rowling did so much. She spent the first 4 books, talking about Voldemort, and how bad-ass he is, building shit up, before he's finally released into the world. THEN, she writes only two books, on his underground movement, and rise to dark power. Then in one last book, she crams the ENTIRE open war of the wizarding world? Into ONE book? She could of written another 7 on that shit. She totally ruined the entire series for me by trying to cram all that into one book, nothing about it will justify how shitty of a move that was for a fantasy writer to pull.

I'm quite confident that even in 2007 Hemingway would still proceed to shoot himself. I am also quite sure that I wouldn't read 7 books on one single battle. This is my issue when it comes to Lord of the Rings, it's amazing, absolutely breathtaking, but it's nearly impossible to get through the books.
