He's a social conservative but too outlandish for the mainstream GOP, much less "liberal hippies" or moderates. I have a feeling the 2008 vote is going to goto whoever can produce and back a plan for leaving Iraq within a reasonable time frame. Paul isn't going to win nomination so it will be a democratic victory in '08.

Ron Paul is a joke.

Well no he's not, but just because a lot of the internet follows him, it won't win him the presidency.

He does as great a job on the internet as Obama. Perhaps 2012 the internet can win a majority of votes, but not yet.

Honestly, the more I hear about Ron Paul the more I want to write in his name on the 08 ballot.

The country's ready for radical change by someone that genuinely wants to make a positive difference.

But then again, I see a lot of the same qualities in Obama as well.

I agree, they both have the capacity to make huge significant changes.

I love Bill Clinton, but I honestly will leave country if she gets president. She beats most of the other Rep. candidates in my book (barely, but she doesn't wear Jesus on her sleeve, like the nutjobs that the GOP put out) but I'd still vote for Ron Paul or McCain over her obviously sway-able and influenced standpoint. Voting her in is basically like punching an airline ticket to Iran and having a side-order of torture.

Plus she's ugly as fuck.
