My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

I went to see that film "There will be blood" last night, I liked it I thought it was a good film. The 2 friends I seen it with had mixed feelings about it and I can understand why. Having the consentration span of a gnat I've a very hard time paying attention to anything let alone a full movie and often wander off in my head on either a tangent to the film or boring work stuff or what I need to do , a random thought or a daydream . Even though the film was 155 mins long I found myself only doing this about 2x erm that I remember ^-^ still it kept most of my attention and I enjoyed it even if I'm left not entirely sure what to make of it all. I have my own thoughts which are probably far removed from what was intended or what other ppl get out of it, obviously i won't go into it as it would spoil the film for ye slightly.
i think it's worth a watch but its not some action packed film or a laugh a minute
more the story of a man
an oil man
p.s. this only came out at the cinema on friday, but that is cause films are usualy released later here, this is probably old news ^_^In my world,

darjeeling limited: was alright i guess. a wes anderson movie.
the ten: a movie that i think was written by paul rudd. it just went through the 10 commandments and had a short 10-15 minute little short about each one. i wasnt really sure what the point of this movie was, but i laughed alot through it. had several notable actors in it. came out in 2007... i dont thnk it was in theaters. anyways, i enjoyed it.
the producers: a mel brooks musical off the old screenplay, i laughed.

Latest movies I bought on DVD (Yes I actually buy DVDs)
Bourne Ultimatum : Excellent
Evan Almighty : Not as good as Bruce Almighty.
I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry : Not bad
Disturbia : Mwah
Fracture : Pretty good movie
Hot Fuzz (already saw in the theatre though) : I like it
Ladder 49 : Not bad
License to wed : The office meets Robin Williams.
Outlaw : Terrible
Ratatouille : What can I say, I like Disney
Reign over me : Excellent
Rescue Dawn : I just have a lot of respect for Christian Bale after seeing the Machinest
Why would you buy such crap movies ? The only one remotley deserving to be burned on a dvd is Hot fuzz.
The latest 2 I bought were
La double vie de Véronique by Kieslowski (need I say more) (yes I am being elitist)
Possession (directors cut) by Zulawski (one of the freakiest movies ever)
latest seen:
Even dwarfs started small by Herzog (German midgets. I've tried to stop and even asked God to help but I'm unable to resist the temptation and it's driving me insane with grief.

The last movie in theaters i saw was Jumper, it was alright, didn't find it that entertaining and everything happened just so sudden. But i still do love you Rachel Bilson!
And the last dvd i rented was Pan's Labyrinth, it was pretty good, except for the fact that it was in spanish and i was already too tired to read subtitles. Oh ya, and WTF you stupid bitch that ugly tree monster told u not to touch that guys food, BUT U STILL DO WDFD:KJDFSFSDSDKFDIEHO

LB, no use in trying, Crven likes to be elitist and showing that he knows all the obscure shit only 10 people have ever heard about and then pretend its really good because it is obscure shit that only 10 people have ever heard about.Maybe God was the first suicide bomber and the Big Bang was his moment of Glory.

^that's only partly true, although he likes to show of his knowledge of movies no one knows (probably for a good reason, because these are often crazy fucking movies or just insaaaanely boring), crv also knows a shitload of movies which might be quite unknown to the more 'general' public (like myself kinda) but are really good entertainment!!
also pan's labyrinth wasn't good at all, it fucking sucked major ass. pointless movie with pointless characters.. that's the truth about that movie.

See the last two sentences of your post invalidate everything you had said before it.My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. I can't agree with that LB...bramzie knows... :fear:
btw Im not _that_ elitist as I do understand that ppl have different tastes, it's just that movies like Bourne, although entertaining, are done in a generic hollywood way and I can't feel the same sympathy for them as I feel for movies like Boondock saints or Thursday which imo are made with alot more heart in them. Makes up for everything else.
