Good ANIME Shows

I usually make a point of not watching series with more than 26-30ish episodes, but Monster has to be an exception to the rule. At times it does feel slow, but at the end every single second fell into place, it's definately one of the greatest anime of the last years, if not the greatest.

You're missing some good series by having that rule . Maybe I'll pick up Monster again, you seem like someone who's seen quite a lot by looking at your info.

I'm seeing that a lot of people likes Monster. I saw the series when it came out some years ago, but the paCe was AWFULLY SLOW. Is it worth picking up again? Seeing lots of overhyped reviews of the series. And which series is similar to it so I can compare a little?
