Pretty interesting really, Thundercats is "american", but it's animated in Japan. Many other "american" cartoons are like this, like Teen Titans.

No worries about anime if your friends know you play SS and Maplestory. As long as you don't dress up like a character that is.

I only really watched Bleach and a few eps of elfen lied, where elfen lied was pretty disappointing I have to say.

A manga I'm reading, Vinland Saga 36 chapters out now.

It's a semi historical manga about vikings, lots of action, violent, bloody and funny. Recommended.
