I got shot in the balls and in my inner thighs with a paintball gun during a game. I couldn't walk straight for a couple days.

    Hmmm

I had physiotherapy for a Knee problem called CMP. The physiotherapist took his elbow and just leaned with his whole body weight on the side of my hip, where the straps and muscles join together in the bone (its the hard part in your side of your hip).

I didn't made a voice, just made a fist and endure the pain!

Being put in a box by my two older brothers along with a bag full of marbles and being pushed into traffic, i hit a speed bump and my head hit the marbles and concrete and caused a concussion. I think it was pretty painful as well as my tattoo which is located on my spine. Number one is when I had my wisdom teeth removed as a result bone was sticking out of my gums like little tooth shards that had to be ripped out every other day. Even the percs, t3s, and oxycon didn't help that much.

Actually I twisted my testicle, I couldn't move my leg without feeling like I was getting kicked in the balls.

while wrestling on a volleyball court, my friend whose like twice my size fell on top of my toes snapping them into an awkward angle. That hurt like hell. What hurt more was his cousin snapping them back into position for me, then doing it again because the first time wasn't enough. and then walking on them before finally seeing an orthopedic that straightened em out for the third time. They're healed now, but are so fucked up they won't bend ever again.

Giving birth was pretty painful... they say that you forget about the pain after you give birth... but you don't. :P

Fracturing the bone on the outside of my left foot was also pretty painful.

I was on a rope swing off the side of a cliff when the rope snapped and I fell on the cliff and rolled down into the water where a friend picked me up before I drowned. I broke both my legs, my right arm, bottom 2 ribs on my right side, bottom rib on my left, my knee was popped out of the socket, my collar bone was broken, and I had a bunch of deep cuts to boot. I was unconscious for most of the initial fall, but I was in the hospital for quite some time because of the injuries. All-in-all, not the best time for me.

-edit-: I also bruised my tail bone and sprained my left ankle and right wrist, didn't think they were as severe as the others but thought I'd put them in to add to the mental picture.

#1 Lost a bet and had to get waxed.

#2 One poker night we were drunk and played "all in" before the cards were dealt. The winner would get 2 nose hairs pulled out by a tweezers. Slowly. Never seen a group of men cry so tenedrly in my life.

I was hanging off the stairs and fell because my older brother kicked my hands and I bit through my tongue, that was pretty painful but being so young I don't really remember it. I've never really broken a bone or done anything stupid to cause a lot of pain. I've had a cluster headache before which tops everything I have experienced. I can't say an asthma attack was painful but not being able to breath at all was very scary.
