Did you actually watch the story? It looked pretty legit to me. If Israel really did break the ceasefire first, then their entire justification of entering Gaza this time around (i.e. the fact that Hamas 'broke the ceasefire') is just wrong.

In fact many commentators have looked at the political side of this, in which Israel wanted to make sure that it would be able to do a bunch of things it wanted to do before Obama took over as the US would not object during the dying days of the Bush administration of their actions.
