In America, the age of consent for pornography is 18 years of age. Now the law for having sex with minors is a bit different. If both parties are consenting and 18, then you are good to go. If both parties are consenting, and there is an age discrepancy under 20 months (regardless if one is over 18 or both are under), then you are good to go. However if there is an age discrepancy above 20 months and one party is over 18, regardless of if both parties are consenting or not, it is considered a criminal offense of Rape of a Child. The minimum age discrepancy between pasta and his ex-gf was around 36 months, which in America means he could be filed with the criminal charge of Rape of a Child at any time. I am not sure about if both parties are under 18 and there is a greater than 20 month age discrepancy....I could go look it up if anyone cares, but that is the American law unless it has been edited recently.

In terms of legalization of Child Pornography or dropping the age to 14 or 16, I do not agree. I am not hung up on this "molestation" thing that xog is hung up on. I have simply been around 16 year old and 14 year old girls as well as 18yr old+ girls, and the maturity level changes DRASTICALLY. I feel like 19 is this magic number for women when they begin to stop being so much governed by emotions and reason begins to creep into their heads (I don't mean to be a misogynist, but the women in my life up to now have not been very reason driven). Also for this to be acceptable in America there would have to be changes to the parental consent laws. Parent's would have to hand over consent for their child to be in pornography, and I don't foresee many parents doing that. The last point I would like to make is how major of implications this has on these people. People can be denied from college based upon facebook photos or denied jobs, a pornography video that someone got conned into or mistakenly made has career and future ruining implications, all from a choice that was made at an age of immaturity. Look, when they can vote for their country, when they can smoke for their country, and when they can die for their country, they can show their tits for their country.

On a side note: The video you made is illegal in America Pasta and you could face criminal charges (thankfully you're Canadian) and also the fact that younger girls turn you on due to their innocence is kinda fuk'd up man.
