Looking at getting a new cellphone so i figured i'd see who has what and if it sucks or not. Looking at getting the new Omnia 2 for verizon when it is released. Hopefully this weekend.

No probs whatsoever and oddly enough in my area of the States, this is the only provider that I can get a signal from (5 bar). They should only do the Verizon "can you hear me" commercial from my neighborhood.May your shit come to life and kiss you on the face.Comment

Nokia 6650 - Silver
I like it. Sometimes when a phone is too thin (RAZR) it makes me feel like I'm going to break it. I like that this has metal on it but isn't too bricky.

It's awesome, the touch screen works just fine, I hardly ever use the actual keys on the phone and the Camera is simply amazing, very good quality and lots of options. It also has sort of apps system like the iPhone, you can download all kinds of programs for it, however the only downside is that this phone does not have wifi, so the internet comes through the provider and if you use your phone a lot, like you call all day and do all kinds of things all day long, the battery life is not that great. And what really drains the battery fast is if you are outside of range, if you get no signal and it is constantly searching, the battery drains really fast. It wouldn't even last a day when I was in Death Valley, but in the Netherlands I have excellent coverage anywhere, so to me it's not a problem.Maybe God was the first suicide bomber and the Big Bang was his moment of Glory.Comment

just ordered an lg env touch. i played around with one in my local verizon store for quite awhile before making my decision. it was between the env3 and the env touch. i'm going to be texting a lot, so a full qwerty keyboard was a must. didn't need to jump up to an all out smartphone because i don't like doing e-mail and web surfing on such a tiny screen.
if you're in a similar situation, you really can't beat the env touch. it's only $20 more than the env3 if you buy online through verizon, and the touch is just flat out a nicer phone.
it should go without saying, but my choices were limited to those phones that are licensed by verizon. i'd absolutely love an iphone or a tmobile g3 (android? hell yes), but circumstances are such that i need to use verizon as my cell carrier.jasonofabitch loves!!!!Comment

BlackBerry Curve 8900
I was trying to decide between the Curve 8900 and a Bold for my free upgrade, but I decided a better camera was more important than 3G. Definitely made the right call. Best qwerty keyboard I've ever used, except maybe the BlackBerry Tour.Comment
