re: tiger --- i know tiger was also a spoiled rich kid, but he was a black spoiled rich kid. i'm saying it's entirely about race no matter how you slice it. totally not saying that's right, but it is what it is.

re: olbermann --- i watch him and rachel maddow alllll the time at work. they re-run those shows a ton in the wee hours, and i work third shift. just sitting there waiting for the phone to ring is boring, so we're allowed to have a tv on. anyway, getting to my point. i think keith is a quack, but he's an entertaining quack so it's okay.

I'm neither left nor right, but while I find MSNBC entertaining (often funny) I find Fox often infuriating.

The point I was getting at with the olympic thread is that it's not only technique that sets Tiger apart, but athleticism. Yeah, not a big believer in Golf being the prime of athletics, but to say it doesn't take any to be top in the PGA is dumb. 2.) i'll have to read that article. thanks for the link. i agree with you on this point as well, the idea that athleticism doesn't factor into the equation is a false notion.

3.) i know you weren't attacking me and absolutely no offense was taken. i'm just peaking on that influence i mentioned earlier, which has made me a chatty cathy. i just kept replying to keep the joke going, the joke being your ironic mockery of the original posters.

4.) no open bar. but even if there was, i couldn't drink because i have to go into work at 11 pm. i'm a 911 dispatcher and you absolutely can't fuck around with hangovers or going in a little fucked up. i'm pretty sure they'd send me to jail.
