I am not just following graduate level course, I am doing my master. It's that simple, I have been making choices about the master thesis, which one I want to do, etc. I just won't receive my masters before I finish my bachelors, but yeah, I am doing my master programme, not just some courses.

My program kind of skirts this. It's technically called a blended Bachelor-Master's Program (BMS).

Keep in mind the US higher education system isn't the same as the Dutch one. We have three separate progams: bachelor, master and phd. The whole grad school, which I know in science is usually straight from bachelor to phd unless you want out after 1-2 year with a MSc, does not exist.

Also, we do not have such a strong distinction between a bachelor and master program if you do both at the same university. In fact, on my university it is possible to enroll as a master student while not having a bachelor degree yet if you sign you will have finished your bachelor in half a year. A friend of mine was in the same position and is doubly enrolled as both bachelor and master for 2 year now, which apparently is OK where he studies.

On the other hand, if you want to go for a phd degree, you DO need at least a bachelor degree, and in practice you never get accepted without a master except in rare cases.
