Last Meal: Jackson had a final meal request of two double-meat bacon burgers, bbq ribs, freedom fries, onion rings, root beer soda, banana split ice cream and peach cobbler.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there I do not sleep.
I am the diamond glints in the snow,
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I did not die.
So, not only is that guy a murderer and failed suicider, he also steals poems without giving credit? That is from Mary Elizabeth Frye, I originally know it from the song Prayer by Lizzie West, but there are a gazillion version out there, I think Libera has one of the most well known ones, but it kinda sucks. I like the Lizzie West version best.
i wish the texas corrections site still maintained the database of last meals served. there's always http://www.deadmaneating.com/ but it sorta lacks credibility
