Quit stealing our snow USA! It's been a super warm winter up here this year... above freezing for a lot of January. In Vancouver it

Pipes in our house/work and everyone I know are fine.

Snow can be shoveled into big ass heaps, instead of being lazy and leaving it on the sidewalks so the ambulance cant get into your house. Nothing a little shoveling wont fix.

This is just blown way out of proportion. This is making national news? I can see why Washington DC would, but jeez. It hits New York and all of a sudden the world knows it's snowing here.

It's really not even that bad. We have like 8 inches of snow. When I was in school, we got a foot of snow and it wasn't closed. The state had made decisions to close SEVERAL hours before it even began snowing on Tuesday. It's all because of media hype.

But no! Some weather man says "It's POSSIBLE that we will get 18 inches in SOME AREAS" which would mean drift piles where the wind blows the snow into an entrapped area.

I'm not complainin though.. office closed at 1PM

I'm in the part that says 13"-16". It was supposed to be 14"-18". In reality we didn't even get 6 inches. What a croc of shit. It snowed like hell though. All of the accumulation happened over night. Now it's almost all gone. Lol
