I remember when everyone on these forums loved Obama, now it seems like more people have taken a more conservative viewpoint, or maybe thats because all the liberal faggots emoquit when they realized how wrong they were on all the important issues of the day. Like global warming and other fake shit like that. Either way the outlook is bright.

My thoughts on this and why I am not in favor of his leadership specifically deal with how his lengthy presidential campaign was centered upon change. The term "Change" as in not surrounding himself with life long politicians and creating an administration that was not Washington D.C. insiders. Every cabinet pick has been a re-hash of Clinton Administration rejects.

Would I vote for him again? no

I would have voted for McInsane if he had not picked that retard from Alaska as his VP. I honestly think that McCain would have had a better chance if he didn't pick Palin the money and attention whore.

Global warming and being liberal had nothing to do with my vote. Persoanlly I am middle of the road and am still an Independent, as I would not want to be a part of the far right or far left in this country. The far extremes of both spectrums are recipe's for national concerns.

imo what is happening is the realization that this country is far from being a country built upon respect for the rule of law. everything seems to be highly politicized, rules can be bent or broken depending on the circumstances... unless it comes to bending the rules for the average citizen, of course.

I'm from New Orleans and it's pretty safe to say the moratorium will fuck up our economy so badly. 6 months is forever, oil companies will lose billions of dollars and move the rigs somewhere else. They might return sometime in the future, but the gulf coast will be fucked over for years to come economically, in addition that the damage to environment will cause for us.
