    Santa is a fictional representation of Satan and his desire to be God.

    But what I really want to talk about is gift ideas.
    Any good ones? Last year my gf got me flying lessons so, in an effort to out do her, this year I got her this antique emerald and diamond necklace.



    It's circa early 19th century, natural emerald of 0.32 carats, and 0.26 carats of diamonds. With 18 carat gold chain. Got it for an absolute steal at an antiques auction.


    Got my sister one of these electric photo frame doodakees.




    And I dont know wtf to get my dad, but I can wait cus he is overseas until after new years.

    And yes, this thread is really about me showing off my gf's necklace. Problem?

    that emerald is fake

    you can tell because .32 carats isn't that big and that emerald is pretty big, its CZ emerald, probably the diamonds also, doubt shell know.

      nice try but it came with an insurance evaluation from an authorised jewelery laboratory.

        yeah, real gems come with GIA Certs, not laboratory certificates.

              yeah, spent hours reading up on all this shit before I went and got my wifes engagement ring so I didn't come home with an antique CZ diamond ring that I overpaid 3000 for.
