    was walking down the street on the way to work
    random stranger goes
    "Hi 5!"
    and puts their hand up as they waked in the opposite direction

    the random stranger was a girl about 18 +/- 3 years and was with 3 friends

    i hi5'd the random stranger neither of us breaking walking pace and going into work i was in a better mood

    life is weird

          being a bit of a cynical asshole i thought it might have been some sort of trick or they were going to somehow make fun of me

          but it wasn't like that

          though i was more half hearted in the hi5 than she was

          i was the hi5ee and not the hi5er so i think htats fair enough
