Working out in the morning sucks, I hate those fucking freaks that can get up 5am to run a mile.
Running time for me is best at about 10pm, when it gets colder, and it takes about 30mins running time and 30 mins including all excercises before and after running (warmup and stretching)
Swimming is also pretty cool, best time for it would be after classes, between 4-5pm
