    Working out in the morning sucks, I hate those fucking freaks that can get up 5am to run a mile.
    Running time for me is best at about 10pm, when it gets colder, and it takes about 30mins running time and 30 mins including all excercises before and after running (warmup and stretching)
    Swimming is also pretty cool, best time for it would be after classes, between 4-5pm

            I used to run in the mornings. 15 Kilometers at about 7 am but nowdays I do not have any time because school starts so fucking early

                I can't do the morning thing here, partially because it's Iowa and 5-6 AM is still butt-ass cold. I'm usually a 5-6 mile run about 5:30 PM. And for a smoker, that's not too bad.

                          i actually have done weight training, but for some reason i wasn't gaining any muscle mass, i must not have been eating properly or something

                          but once i started doing construction, i started gaining muscle mass pretty quickly actually...but i've been out of that for a couple months now, but my P.E. course is just working out, so i 'm not losing any of it yet

                          i think i am in some sort of moderate shape, i could go run a mile in under 7:00 probably, and i'm wrestling about once a week -the fun kind, not the high school kind:P

                          it's said that running, swimming, and wrestling are the best exercises for a person...i believe it

                            My Off Season Workout Schedule (June-Spet):
                            MTWThF 6am: light run, sometimes hills if I'm feeling up to it. Stretching, situps (always sit ups...)

                            MTWThF 5:30pm: Endurance Training, 4-6 mile run, hills and cooldown (more sit ups, plyo sometimes).

                            Sat: Off Day

                            Sun 9am: LSD (Long Slow Distance) 6-8 mile run, followed by zonking out for a couple more hours.

                            Frisbee Season Workout (Oct-Mayt)

                            MTThF 6am: hills, fartlicks (fartlecs?), 2(3) miles. Fartlecs are where you jog 200 meters, then run hard 100 meters, jog 200, run 100, etc.
                            MTThF 4:30pm: Frisbee Practice, sprints and workouts.

                            Wed/Sat: Climbing Gym or Regular (ick) gym. Upper body, mostly abs, forearms and shoulders. Sometimes squats and power cleans.

                            Sun: Off day, or Pick-Up at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center.

                            This is just a model workout schedule for those of you who don't workout on a regular basis. It's not a good workout schedule for everyone, as I try to focus specifically on Ulti related muscle groups and exercises. If you want to get in the habit of running in the morning (or exercising at all) just remember a couple things:

                            1. It's important to understand it _will_ hurt when you start. That's why god created Ibuprofen. (don't take Tylenol, that shit'll kill ya)
                            2.If you miss a day it's no big thing. Don't try to make up for it on your next work out, just don't miss your next workout. I miss workout's on a fairly regular basis (probably on every other week), and if I can't make it up that day, I just forget about it. Doing a double day is the quickest way to give up working out all together.
                            3. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO WORK OUT WITH. I can't stress this enough. If you don't have a friend/girlfriend/squad/team to workout with you _will_ miss more workouts. Even if they can't run with you the whole way, or if you can't hang with them, just getting your ass to the gym or track is usually the hardest part.

                            In LA the best time to run is in the morning before it gets too hot, that's why I get to call you east coasters newbies :P

                              that model workout very strenuous for someone not in shape at all...i suggest walking first
