damn wadi... that's pretty intense
mine is pretty much strength training on M-W-F's.... about 2 hours each day doing a full body workout.
T-TH's are for jogging. i haven't gone jogging in a few weeks, but as soon as my work schedule slows down again, i'll do about 30-45 minutes on lunch breaks. also, i throw in some bleachers and sprints. sometimes in place of jogging (during rainy season or whatever), i'll just do light aerobic rowing on the bowflex.
then 1 day each weekend is reserved for band practice (i count a 6-hour drum session as aerobic exercise =P)
