since there are no unsolved riddles at the moment, I hope you don't mind if I ask one..

One night 4 men sat down to play.
They played all night 'till break of day.
They played for gold and not for fun,
With separate scores for everyone.
Can you the paradox explain,
if no one lost, how could all gain?

Heres an easy one.

A man walked into a bar, approached the bartender and asked for a glass of water. The bartender said nothing, but reached under the bar, pulled out a gun and pointed it at the man. The man thanked the bartender and walked out, feeling better. What's going on?

Riddle: (Following the bar theme)...Two men walked into a bar and ordered the same drink, spiked iced tea. Man A said that he was in a hurry to get back to work, so he quickly drank his iced tea and signalled to Man B to hurry up and finish his as well. Man B requested to go to the washroom for a moment, while at this time, Man A is looking after Man B's drink. When Man B returned, and drank his drink, he mysteriously died.

- Everything about these two men are identical, in health, stature, and alcohol tolerance.

Who was the murderer, and how did he go about executing it?

There are 24 peaces, 12 hanging in the air (by a tree...doesn't matter) 12 on the ground. 12 people come riding by on horses. Each takes 1 peach. How many peaches are left?

Hint: The answer's not 12.

Bar tender? The poison was actually in the ice. The 1st man drunk it too fast for the ice to melt.

Maybe I should've left the horses out of it, that's just how I remember the riddle.

The answer's 23..."Each" is the name of one of the guys...he only took one...leaving 23.

I guess it could've been clearer.

A man stood looking through the window on the forty fourth floor of a tower block. Suddenly on an impulse he opened the window and jumped through it. Despite it being a sheer drop to the bottom, he escaped unhurt. He did not use a parachute or land on a particualrly sof surface. How did he survive?
