use flash. its so easy to code, just work trough the tutorial. keep it down to the basics, no (big) animation or loading bar shit. just menue and content. its fast to make, easy to get and will look better than a html site with random templates. learning html, javascript, etc etc is way too much work for creating a single site.

Hmmm I was thinking of using flash, so I got it when I got dreamweaver, but I don't know. I'll check it out though.
