Think about all the game shows that have ever aired on TV....Surely someone here knows at least one person who's been on a gameshow some point in their life.

What game show? What did they win?? Did they make an ass of themselves by kissing the host?

The daughter of one of our family friends went on "Who wants to be a Millionaire" and won I think either $32,000 or $64,000...either way, a nice sum of cash!

my dad is like a game show god. he gets 95 percent of what he hears right when watching on tv. he has been on jepordy and a syndicated version of the weakest link. he got second in jepordy and he claims his buzzer thing was broke for a short ammount of time and that hurt hima bit. that was about 20 years ago i guess. about 2 years ago we saw the dude who beat him on who wants to be a millionaire. as for the weakest link, they let him in cause he aced the entrance test thing. he should have played it dumb in game though cause they voted him out right before the final two because they knew he would win easily. the jackpot was only like 4k tho... it was syndicated like i said.

My high school AP Western Civ teacher was on Jeopardy about 9 years back. Funniest/strangest part is that he's also the varsity football coach.

EDIT: His claim to fame from the show? Had to make the "champagne cork popping" sound and couldn't make the finger/mouth trick work.

my crappy town was the subject of a david letterman show. the wholel audience were ppl from my town and i saw some ppl i know. he also interviewed our mayor and some drunk hicks that hang out at the Glass bar. this was a few months ago
