        panthers need to axe their kicker. fucker choked on the most basic of kick-offs and pretty much cost them the game.

            Yeah, he didn't do that great, either.. at least not a MVP performance IMO, especially with that easy interception in the endzone (there's no worse place on the field for a careless turnover, and the situation in the game was bad, too).. but there weren't many other candidates. The box score stats look good, at least. He got it done when he needed to, I guess that's what matters.

            Axeing the kicker ? Lol. I know the Chargers, for one, would be quick to forgive that one mistake and snatch him up. Good kickers are hard to find.. this guy had 4 game winning field goals throughout the season. One botched play isn't worth going through the hell circle that is finding a decent new kicker.

              don't forget about the game they lost during the season because kasay missed like 3 field goals. plus, he's booted the kick-off numerous times throughout the year.

                I'm a 49er fan, so i know what that is like. the team had something like 3 different kickers this season, and many games were lost due to the weakness at that position...

                usually i would say "who cares if they miss all season but make the big one when it counts", but shit...if they miss all season, they're not likely to be in the position to even make the playoffs much less the superbowl...

                btw, what a great game. i love watching 2 strong defensive teams get together and smash the hell out of each other. i loved seeing that dude get clotheslined at full speed then get knocked his ass by 2 pats players. even though he held onto the ball, it was a great tackle. plus the game was close, and came down to the last few seconds.

                is it just me or did the halftime show suck dirty asses? for starters, lip sync-ing is just lame. secondly, is janet jackson still under 40? nothing personal against old ppl in general, but DON'T EXPOSE YOUR TITTIES ON NATIONAL TV IF YOU'RE OLD! nobody wants to see your saggy junk.
