Belgian beer does own Leffe and Hoegarrden are awesome.
Although, I'd have to go with Lemonade for summer day, iunno why it just tastes great. :P

different vodka based shots
mostly lemon-lime (very sour) or subgarwater+ tabasco and lots of cranberry-vodka (levels out into really nice layers as long as the sugarwater is hard enough and put in there first). Just remember to hold it upside down for about 10 seconds so that the tabasco gets to burn well and the sugarwater has time to drip out.
