Thats pretty tough to say, Sabbath and Zep music are so far apart. Sabbath is METAL Zeppelin is HARDROCK..

Listen to Bill Ward , he is an awsome drummer, he was unpredictable in his hay day. He didn't keep time though , he had the nack of knowing his guitar player well enough that he would play to the speed they would travel at.

But in the same breath both Bill and John was extremly talented drum players.

Sabbath are an underated band of top notch musicians.. Bill if I recall was more a jazz drummer then rock. Terry *Geezer* Butler was an exceptional bassist whom started out a lead guitar player until joining (Earth) Sabbath.. Tony Iommi , was the master riff man of his generation.. playing with 2 rubber tips on his index and middle finger so he could press the strings, a work related accident removed the tips of his fingers.. and healin made them to tender.
Ozzy , he is and will always be GOD on EARTH.. His vocals and range wasnt what you would want in a singer, but they blended very well with the sound that Sabbath was projecting. And made them a cult classic, as back in there day, recieve little to no AIR PLAY.. critics hated them, but the people loved them.

well enough on MY FAV band of all time and get back to Zep, they are awsome but I never got super into John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and the great late bonzo John Bonham (R.I.P.)
though I do have every album they released under the moniker LED ZEPPELIN .. If I recall a critic said after listening to Zep , that "they would sink like a lead ballon", hence giving brith to there famous name LED ZEPPELIN aka the lead ballon

and yes I am big fan of 60's 70' 80's and 90's music , hard soft or heavy

OH btw here is a band that was so LOUD that Hendrix often said that he hates them because they're to loud.. Its an OBSCURE 3 piece METAL band , that was pumping the volume levels back in 1965 to 68 .. this is kind of for the dude that was like "Zeppelin who" I bet alot of people never heard of them, but should give a listen to.. they deserve some reconition for trying to get hippies to bang their heads
