New Newbie Chat. Feedback please :)

Well I decided since I usually just sit alt-tabbed talking with people that I'd atleast be useful. I will be in the chat twhelp any time I am online and sometimes I will have the tag TW-Help. I'm hoping this will help out new players to Trench Wars. I'll wander around in pubs offering advice to those who wish for it. I'd like some feedback on ideas to add to this or if you just want to tell me to fuck off thats fine too.

I'm allowed to help out. Staffers get alot of newbie questions, besides not everyone knows how to use ?help, I'm just giving them another way to recieve help.

Thats one reason I am doing this, when I played years ago I thought you had to be a member of like a special thing to get the red text when I saw it at a friends house, sadly he thought the same. I'm trying to get the new players accustomed to some of the features of SS.

Objective: To help newbies with any aspect of the game and answer any questions that arise.

Requirements: Understanding of the ?chat system.

Method: The newbie joins the chat channel and asks plausible questions that Rinse will answer.

Conflicts: The newbie flames/spams the chat; The newbie does not join the chat; The newbie does not know how to use ?chat; The newbie is content "owning" in lev.

The biggest distinguishing feature between rinse and a zh is the lack of gratuitous ass kissing or mod hating.

Yes I do want to be staff, most people do. I chose to help people to work towards becoming staff rather then kissing ass, cause trust me it doesnt taste pleasant. I didnt come here to find newbies to help I just asked for feedback and thanks for those who did, even the negative ones.

Good idea man. No1 answers help questions anyway, if u want answers go find rodge, he helps. Yesterday i did a help call went unanswered despite being lots of staff on.
