Yea I know most of this stuff has already been said...
But new people don't really know how to use chats. See, they know how to use ?help because their are automated adverts about it. But chats leave newbies totally clueless. When they need help, they either use ?help or just ask in the pub chat. So what you can do is sit and pubs and when they need help, help them.
Yea, and I used to be just like you, back when I was a stupid little 12 year old. I was like obsessed with getting on staff, and went through pubs all day telling people if they needed help to ask me, and stuff like that. Since I spent all day in the pubs, I knew who everyone was and stuff (and most knew me by then) so if I didn't recognize a name I would PM them and 9 times out of 10 it was a new player who I could help. But, that's a little extreme. Again, I was a stupid little 12 year old.
So yea, everyone wants to be staff, but the real way to get it is not sucking up or being so helpful it's almost as bad as sucking up. Yes, some people will appreciate it, but others will look down on it. Instead of saying "Do you need help?" to everyone, wait until someone asks for help, then help them. And don't ever make fun of people or flame and stuff, it just isn't nice whether you want staff or not! So the best way to get staff is to be friendly and helpful, but not over-do it and be a total optimistic perfectionist person. Trust me, I've been there and done that when I was a stupid little 12 year old, and did it work? Nope, I just got tons of the staff to hate me (Like Tobe and Kingz).

so I need chats with lots of staffers. The best you can do is to join a chat with THE PUSHER or with PURE_LUCK
