They got to get rid of Robo help for christ sake. I was playing today and i wanted to know how to change my big bullets to the default ones so i did a .?help and i got this:

(RoboHelp)>To shoot bullets press <Ctrl>. In public arenas all ships except for the Shark (Ship 8) are equipped with bullets and none of them bounce.
(RoboHelp)>If this is not helpful, type :RoboHelp:!next to retrieve the next response.

They hired <ZH>'s for a reason; to help people not to lay around and brag about their tag.

Dont get me wrong, most <ZH>'s are very helpful but there are some who will send u a robo help because their to lazy.

All in all , Staff should get rid of Robo Help all together. :down:

its quite annoying though. maybe you should give the ?help 10 secs, if no staffer says !got it, then it auto-responds

90% of the RoboHelp messages are worthless. It just goes by keywords, so you could go "?help asodfhoshdfoshdf pancakes asdofhasdofhaosdfh shoot bullets asdofh peanuts" and it would give you a message to press Control to shoot. If someone can't figure out how to shoot a bullet, they sure as hell aren't going to figure out how to do a ?help message. So many times I have done a legitimate ?help mesage only to have RoboRetard give me a worthless reply that had nothing to do with the real question. Then of course, no ZH will help me because the wouldn't get credit for taking the call.

What it is, is most of the ZH's want credit. Should prolly take away the auto reply and make the ZH's actually work more and give them longer to take the credit.

We all like and dislike robohelp, however it's good to have, sure in some matters it answers wrong. But it do also answer correct and i'm about 99% sure that Stabwound can't know if it answers correct to the players just 'cause he hear some guys whine about it at the forums. :/ I think it's useful and I use it, like many others.

I agree that it can give the wrong response sometimes but they just just !summon or do another help and they fix it.

Some think that Robohelp shouldn't answer at all and just staff should use it to !tell but sometimes when no ZH is on Robohelp is very helping hehe

I will tell you guys how RoboHelp works. When you send a ?help message, RoboHelp will imediately reply if it has picked up a key word in the message. If RoboHelp does not reply, a staffer will pick up the call.

If the information RoboHelp gives you is not sufficient or what your after, then use !summon like your supposed to and a staffer will respond to you. Most of you seem how to know how staff works despite not even being on staff (so you have no idea of how things work).

And if a <ZH> doesn't want to take a call. It might be that they don't know, away or currently busy.

RoboHelp is great in the fact that it take all the call that are the same. Imgine during peak times, when calls come in every second staff chat would be a mess.

Also just because <ZH>s or any other staffer sends RoboHelp your way, doesn't mean they are lazy. Some people may understand RoboHelp better than personal help from a staffer.

And if you have a complaint about staff. Use the complaints email.

That is not true. Maybe because you've played longer you don't ask new questions all the time, but when I check RoboHelp for what it said to a player, most of the times it's right. :up:

You're only taking players in account who played longer, but for most of the players RoboHelp is perfect. It sends you a possible answer IMMEDIATELY, and in clear language.

I think most of the players that aren't even on this forum are quite satisfied.

Also ZHs can check the answer Robo Help has given. So when they doubt the answer is correct they can check and give the right response.

I love robo help it's handy and sure it doesn't give the right questions always, but it mostley gives usefull answers

i fucking hate robohelp, it's so fucking stupid. I am sure it's helpful to answer stupid questions that people sometimes ask, but sometimes, when you want to know something that you KNOW the bot won't know, the bot answers you and it just makes me so mad.
