Ask if there are any girls, I'm sure the're will be a lot of people who will admit they are, there also will be some 'wannabe-funny' guys who will say that they're are girls, just to get some attention.

It's true that there are a lot of female staffers, but I don't really think THE PUSHER or Pure_Luck chose them to be staff because they are girls, e.g. Beasty <ER>, I knew here before she was staff and she was always a helpfull social player and the dean of the staff granted her for doing that...

more efficient and able to manage time doesn't make you a good manager. In my limited experience, women are WAY too detail oriented to be good managers. the men I've worked for are a lot better at seeing the big picture and better at letting people do things their way, while women tend to micro-manage.

Like I said though, this is my limited experience.

The problem with women managers is that they're often bitchy toward other women. A female manager leading a team of males, on the other hand, is very productive from what I've gathered. Anyway, blahblahblahblah....

Yeah, the receptionist does the dirty work, that's what she's there for. He won't stand over her shoulder telling her how to do it though, he'll be in meetings worrying about more important things.
