    E-mailing ban@trenchwars.org

    Ok, heres my story:

    One day, I went to log onto TW. It said I was banned for like 3 days. I don't know why I was banned, I never got any warning or anything. I sent the e-mail, got no response, the ban wasn't lifted.
    So, a few hours after the time my ban should have been lifted, I went to log back on. It said I was banned 'till August 2nd!!
    So, I sent another e-mail explaining the situation and stating there was no way I could do something wrong while I was already banned. Finally, 'bout 2 days after that I got a response:
    "The ban is for 7 days, because it was your 2nd offense."

    So...umm...am I completly screwed?

                  why not make some kind of complaints section on this forum? where u can post your complaints like u send them to that email adres

                        Because using complaints@trenchwars.org or ban@trenchwars.org will usually work. Only the idiots whine about their bans without talking to staff first.
