Well well well... while you probably saw the Christmas map up, it seems ol' St. Nicholas didn't get the letters together quite in time. He sends his deepest apologies and hopes you still enjoyed the season.
(He did finish them, at least, even if they didn't make their way all the way into the zone. I'll include them here, in alphabetical order, for anyone who's interested.)
