    What a series. Three intense rounds, high-level base, and the Vet Cup delivered some entertaining basing for sure.

    • Zizu (50-5) lit it up in Round 1, clutching MVP with 5 TeKs.
    • Autopilot kept it cool and consistent β€” Round 2 MVP with 106 kills.
    • Hulk unleashed beast mode in Round 3, locking in MVP with 3 TeKs and some insane bombs.
    Props to Rubberbandits for a strong start and putting up a fight all the way through. Stayon, Banks, and Henry Saari had solid performances across all three games. And respect to ZapaTa and hellkite holding it down in shark under serious pressure.

    Wingmasters came alive in the second half β€” sharp coordination from sharks hulk & menelvagor, clutch TeKs, and strong spider lines made the difference. GGs to BOMBED, Sword, genx, and the whole squad.

    One of the most exciting part of the finale was seeing two 10-star terriers β€” Zizu and Mikkiz β€” go head-to-head in a high-stakes basing showdown. Both brought their A-game, showcasing elite movement, clutch warps, and confident flag control under pressure. Zizu came out strong in Round 1 with a dominant performance that helped Rubberbandits edge out a win, while Mikkiz bounced back with solid support and coordination in Rounds 2 and 3 to help Wingmasters seal the series. It was a treat for spectators to watch two of the top-tier terrs in the zone go at it in such a competitive setting.

    Veteran Basing Cup 2025 β€” Important Updates


    Hello, Trench Wars Community!

    After consultation with all Veteran Cup Ops (Ekko), we’re announcing some key updates to the rules for this season’s Trench Wars Veteran Basing Cup:
    Trades Now Permitted


    Trades will be allowed this season! Teams may trade players freely until Sunday, April 13th, 2025 at 1:30 PM β€” right up until the first game is played. After this deadline, rosters will be locked.
    Borrowing of Players Allowed


    Borrowing of players will also be permitted throughout the event. Captains are encouraged to communicate any borrow situations in advance whenever possible.
    Undrafted Player Assignment


    If a player logs on during the event but, for whatever reason, was not drafted to a team β€” they will be assigned to a team in sequential order based on captain draft order and order of players logging in and wishing to play. The order of assignment is as follows:
    1. Public Assassin - Tasty Tjs
    2. Zapata - RubberBandits
    3. Jackie> - Flying Fish
    4. Captain Lonestar - WingMasters
