Wigger doesn't have any radcist connotations as its primarily used for humour, as in its used to laugh at people not to insult them or if it was to insult them it would be on the way they act, not that you dislike the colour of their skin. If you wanted to do that there are plenty of words for that purpose

Here's my idea; any dirogetry term used against someone for something they can't change eg: skin colour, parents etc should be a warnable offense, calling someone a mod is not paticurlary offensive since they can walk away from it any time they want (apparently, i think zeus is obsessed though).

The word it self isnt really racist unless you use it in a racist matter, like stfu you stupid wigger almost like the N word its only racist if you use it like look at that *****, but a lot of the time its used between black ppl when they adress there friends, like " hows my ***** doing" or "whats up *****". so in my mind its racist if used in a racist matter, meaning who you direct it to and why.
