It's fine if it's his thing but maybe they should get a new co-dean of staff now that the pusher is gone and pick someone from the dueling scene

i never meant to insult any of these staffers in particular as i've said many times... i have no problem with most of them, in fact, ive never even spoke to most of them... so it isnt personal, i just wanted to get a more diverse staff so its more fair.

whenever i speak, it's seen as "trash talk" or slandering someone, but this is just a complaint against the system of picking new staffers, not against any of the specific people.

i can count myself as an elimer if i wish, but i dont. i consider myself mostly a baseelim player though, considering i play elim maybe once or twice a day at most and really dont even like wbs that much.

once again, just so you confused people out there can stop being so defensive... i'm not saying any of you are new (even though i consider some certain ones to be, but thats another matter entirely) or that you suck... i'm saying you dont play elim/baseelim frequently.

how can you possibly disagree that about 80-90% of the recruits in the past year are primarily ?go base players + pubbers. i highly recommend you take a look at that list again if you still disagree and tell me which one of them PRIMARILY play dueling wbs/javs.

I agree with all or most of Awesome's posts. Give someone dean that is in baseelim/elim most of the time...Would be nice to see more staff in those arenas anways. And believe me, not every baser gets staff.

Firstly I'd like to point out that Puppet <ZH> is a jav, not a baser.

Secondly, not too long ago it used to be where mostly DUELERS would get staff (close to a year ago or more) and very few basers would be recruited. Don't whine about it because bias goes both ways.

most ?cheater calls i make from baseelim take atleast 3-4 times before i get a response, and usually it's a terrible one.

you're missing the point, they are hiring unqulified people for the job.
the people who answer (eventually), half of them actually are <ZH>'s

Any <ZH> answering a cheater call is naturally unqualified because we don't have the means necessary (*spec etc) to physically do anything about it. The only reason a <ZH> takes a cheater call is if a mod or <ER> doesn't answer within 2 minutes. If you were on staff chat these days you would know that people like diakka constantly ask for "mod?" when something like that comes up. Calls are taken based on priority, not convenience. Naturally I'll take a wbduel/base call asap, as would I with a help call, but ?cheaters aren't my job, so I would appreciate it if you would stop harassing me for it.
