When a respected forum member like Troll King (who, unlike Annux, deserves every bit of respect he gets) can see just how screwed up shit is, something is VERY wrong. They can talk about Annux's warnings all they want, and they can say they'll ban him all they want, but the fact is he shouldn't have been unbanned in the first place. I can think of at least ten things that would have made the forums "livelier" than unbanning him and his crew of misfits. When the time comes for his ban to be laid down (that time has already passed, IMO), I'll be curious to see which staff member has enough balls to do it, because it seems to me like he has everyone by the sack here.

Perhaps the reason the forums are becoming so 'bland and boring' as you say is because people are finally growing up... okay not growing up... growing away from the forums for other reasons. While the newcomers to the forums are finding it fairly fun and entertaining, as it's new to them.

I don't think Zeus would think twice about it, if he felt it really was wrong. I don't think Wadi would think twice about it either, becuase he's a straightforward kind of guy. I think most of these moderators have the balls, but as a group, don't feel it's time to ban Annux.

I knew what I was getting into by siding with the intelligent people here, but I don't give a shit. If the moderators are too chicken-shit to stand up against Annux Hitler and put him in his place, then maybe it's time someone who actually knows how to utilize their brain speaks up to try and knock some fucking sense into the mods' heads.

Chill out... One of the admins kinda jumped the gun on unbanning everyone. The whole reason they were to be unbanned was because we were going to do a major overhaul of the rules/moderation procedures, and in doing so thought it would be fair to give the banned people one last chance of conforming to the new rules. I myself disagreed with the idea of unbanning everyone, but I thought that maybe it would be a good idea as some of the other forum staff thought it would be. I agree that most of the unbanned people are using this as one last chance to be retarded to the public of TW, as a few of them are banned for a long time from the zone itself.

In my opinion the only person that deserved to be rebanned so far was Melufa. Annux is pushing it too, and it's probably not going to be long before he's banned again. Before you go spouting off again about playing favorites with him, he wasn't even originally going to be unbanned when the idea came up of unbanning people.

If Annux doesn't care to post on here and continues to break most if not all of the board rules as it is the meaning of his Subspace existence now; to be a shit disturber. Why not then keep his perm ban active? I'm all for making this forum better but this isn't going to help in the end. If the Admins find his racist commentary entertaining then staff really need to rethink their commitment to the set rules on racism and other socially disruptive acts.

Edit: Zeus, calm down man. Cops and everyone else, we are not attacking your intentions on making this a better place rather your specific belief that these banned players could add something to this forum. You unbanned someone, now there's conflict, deal with it. You said this is the kind of stuff you want here.

This isn't a popularity contest, this is a preventative step to stop the forums falling ever further into their own self-gratification. Why is everyone always going on about Annux's bagillion chances and the fact staff is always unbanning him as a plural? Anyone who's worried about upsetting internet friends needs to sit down and have words with themselves. Steering this debate back on track:

The people that were unbanned were done so on the proviso that they won't re-offend, anyone who does so is completely removed from the forums. Don't think I've been turning a blind eye to all things annux-related. I've read it all and I'm sensing a ban within the next day or two. However the aim of the whole idea was to get people talking again - which by the looks of it has been more than successful. There is absolutely no racism/pornography on these forums and any evidence of it is quickly removed and the perpetrators swiftly banned, which is exactly what will happen to those recently unbanned. This is not me getting my friends on the forum; the only unbanned person I sometimes pseak to is Melufa and look where he is. This isn't me trying to glorify anything that these people have done - this is me trying to make these forums more of an entertaining read. And don't try and say 'more entertaining by racist jibes', if there are any of them they'll get removed and so will the poster.

Don't try and align yourself with someone you think will gain you more respect, if you feel your argument's got legs then go with it.

I'm not questioning your intentions only the Administrative actions here Zeus. I still can't see how these banned people, more so Annux, could offer anything in the ways of making this forum better since they were removed for breaking the rules and for making the disscussion within lesser. I'm sure it will all balance out and the idiots will be gone but I still feel this wasn't necessary and although I know the forum changes are not even close to being done but thus far it isn't looking too good to me.
