Recruiting staff...

Hey! Im not sure if it's a myth but why does it decrease your chances to get in staff if you ask to get recruited? Does recruiters recruit people who haven't asked it or something. Im not going to name any staffers but I think that
some of them are pretty lazy. Even starting a base game is a big deal sometimes. So I think that you should make a list who has asked to get in staff because they would be probably ones who are keen on developing this game/hosting events.

G_A, You are probably right.. asking for staff might not decrease your chance.. however.. I get asked to recommend ppl on a daily fucking base. The funny thing is, they all expect me to recommend them. And probably every other staffmember has the same problem. So if we would all recommend these ppl to Pure_luck.. We would have 95% of TW on staff right now.. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

For myself.. I never asked for it whatever.. till some day robo ref told me to go to some private arena. THE PUSHER was waiting there.. and I thougt he was going to sexually abuse me.. :fear:, well he was.. + he got me a <ZH> tag.

Some players ask for staff on a daily freaking base.. yes it will decrease their chance (I think). However I know several players that would be fine staff members, and they would all like to join up. But guess what!!!!!!!!!! that shit aint possible.. that's why staff asks the players NOT to ask for staff... We got 1 uber hot recruiter (sucking up to pure here) and alot of staff members that can make up their own minds who would be suitable. Afterall, even if 20 staffmembers recommend some person, it's the dean that makes the final decission.

When I was playing all basers would become staff or anyone on pure lucks squad. I dont know how it is now.
Just suck up to them.. I guess

I was friends with Yomama and mostly paladen so I got in.. I wasnt even trying for staff i was trying to get into paladen.. then I got kicked from staff and joined paladen etc. good times
