pretty much that was how azimuth began however we had a small screening for personality, some ppl are natural assholes, and a minor test for skill. But a squad is an evolving object, it was not longer possible to make it what it was originally meant to be (a newbie training camp basically) and now we're....something other than what it was meant to be....

however i do wish you good luck and succeed where others have failed, if it does work out then ur a freaking genius.

lol Zcraft probably wont' last much longer. For the rules and how things work, it's comepletely diffrent from the orignal idea i had, there is actually more stuff. but less complecated and easier way of figuring out who does what, how the ranks work etc. we are still in the biggning stages but is really turning out better then i thought it would have already, just hope we can keep it going and try to make it as simple yet as unique and fair as possible.

I've also did 6 practices with a few duels already, all scores recorded and added up in just an hour. next time it'll be faster now that i have it set up, but i'm sure it'll work for at least a while. worst we could do is limit it to only a few times a week instead of once a day, but still i think we will always keep the scores and everything of all practices and recorded squad duels.

a suggestion, if you plan to hold it that time no eurpean player can join your squad if you want him to come to the practices. 8pm EST is 2am in most part of western europe, 1am in england and later in the eastern part.

Our ranking system really works out, it's what's unique and could really play well.

Rankings are done by color. Green, blue, yellow, orange, and red.
Green is the lowest, red the highest.

Players hop from rank to rank by acheiving points. Rank promotion will not come easy though, we can't have everyone being 'red', that would eliminate the purpose. Each subsquad is divided into their own chat, green and blue together, yellow and orange, and red gets a chat with the owners, Zengrath, Ataris <ZH>, and me.

Points are acheived by attending practices, MVPing a squad duel, or winning elim. We're planning on adding more, but this is what we have for now.

I really feel like this could get off.

Weird way to do things. I've run four different squads over my almost 6 years in SS and tried almost every way to running a squad, except this way. This sounds like a fun idea, but I think you're going to run into a lot of problems. You might want to rethink how you want to run your squad because I guarantee that how you have it set up right now is going to be very insane
